Rick Davies

Rick joined Sygnature Discovery in January 2025 as Director of Protein Sciences and Structural Biology in the UK. With over 30 years of experience, Rick is an internationally recognised leader in his field having led teams in expressing and purifying protein targets for hundreds of drug discovery projects and in the implementation of DNA-encoded library screening at AstraZeneca. Rick leverages this experience as he builds on the excellent reputation for quality delivery from Sygnature Discovery’s UK Protein Science and Structural Biology department. 

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree from Newcastle University.
