HPLC Prep: One Run, Five Isomers, All Pure

Challenge : A client needed to isolate five closely related isomers with β‰₯90% purity for NMR and LCMS analysis.

Approach

Using an X-Select column with a 55–75% ACN/Hβ‚‚O (+FA) gradient, we achieved full separation in a single purification run.

Outcome

  • All five isomers were obtained with >95% purity
  • Time and solvent use were minimized
  • A complex challenge resolved in one efficient step
