Jade Dagher

Jade is an accomplished life sciences executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Throughout his career, Jade has held senior roles at major organizations including Merck and Roche. At Roche, he served as General Manager for Canada and Cluster Head for Northwestern Europe & Canada (Roche Diabetes Care), leading operations across 11 markets and overseeing more than 200 employees. Known for his strategic vision, commercial acumen, and ability to lead high-performing teams, Jade brings deep expertise in market access, corporate strategy, sales, and marketing. He is currently General Manager, Canada at Sygnature Discovery where he leads the company’s expansion and operations across the North American region. 

Jade holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MBA in Strategy and Finance, both from McGill University.
