Pascal Turcotte

Director, Separation Sciences

With over 23 years in analytical chemistry, Pascal has built a strong reputation in chiral and achiral compound purification, supporting discovery and development across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. His background includes more than a decade in big pharma, with impactful contributions at AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim.

Pascal holds an MSc in Bioanalytical Chemistry and is the Director of Separation Sciences at Sygnature Discovery’s Montreal site, where he leads a team focused on operational excellence and analytical innovation.

Before joining Sygnature, he spent 12 years at adMare BioInnovations, where he established and led the Analytical Services group, gaining deep experience in client engagement and delivering tailored analytical solutions.
