Background

Protein Science & Structural Biology

With a global team of over 65 protein scientists, Sygnature Discovery provides fully characterized proteins for a wide range of applications including enzymatic assays, in vivo studies, diagnostics, biotherapeutics, crystallography, and cryo-EM.

Whether it’s a single sample for intact mass spectrometry or a full gene-to-structure cryo-EM campaign, every project receives the same level of dedication and enthusiasm.

Soluble and membrane proteins are produced to meet specific goals. Sygnature is one of the few CROs offering all three major structural biology techniques in-house: X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, and cryo-EM, delivering structures of both novel and known proteins. Scientific excellence and long-term partnership are at the heart of every engagement.

Each project is approached holistically. By understanding the protein target, downstream application, and project objectives, tailored constructs and strategies are designed to maximize success.
