How we can assist you

Sygnature Discovery uses a Sciex ExionLC coupled to a Sciex X500B QTOF mass spectrometer with Sciex OS and BioPharmaView software. We apply our instrument to provide data to answer many different protein science questions.

We provide various protein mass spectrometry techniques

  • Intact mass determination accurate up to 150kDa.
  • Identification of post translational modification mass additions.
  • Covalent compound analysis.
  • Peptide mapping with LC-MSMS for protein identification.
  • Native MS.
