Quality Control & Characterization

Every protein we deliver undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it is fit for purpose. Standard methods include SDS-PAGE, analytical SEC, A280 measurements, and intact mass spectrometry. For deeper insights, our biophysics team supports characterization with binding and stability assays such as SPR, DLS, MST, FTSA, and CET SA. Depending on your project, we can also perform peptide mapping by LC-MS, endotoxin testing and apply advanced techniques like SEC-MALS, FSEC, or FIDA.

Protein Science is the largest of our teams within the Protein & Structure department at Sygnature Discovery, and between us we have tackled the purification and analysis of many diverse protein targets.
