Stephane Trudeau

Director, Chemistry

Stephane Trudeau is a seasoned R&D leader with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, specializing in organic synthesis and technology transfer. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Sherbrooke, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in organometallic chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stephane began his career at OmegaChem (now Sygnature Discovery) in 2006 as a Senior Research Scientist and has since played a pivotal role in advancing projects for global pharmaceutical companies and innovative biotech startups.

Today, as Director of Chemistry at Sygnature Discovery’s Lévis site, he leads multidisciplinary teams, drives innovation in synthetic processes, and oversees strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency. Combining deep scientific expertise with strong leadership, Stephane is committed to delivering high-impact solutions that accelerate drug discovery and development.
