Nicholas Ayers

Vice President, Business Development, Europe

Nick brings over 30 years of commercial experience in drug discovery and development, gained from leadership roles at some of the most innovative life science organizations. A seasoned global executive, he has consistently driven growth and performance for contract research organizations (CROs) by delivering complex, integrated solutions and aligning scientific stakeholders to accelerate the development of new medicines.

Throughout his career, Nick has held senior leadership positions at companies including LabCorp, MDS Pharma Services, Worldwide Clinical Trials, and Medidata. He has also served as a consultant, advising C-suite executives at organizations with differentiated proprietary discovery technologies.
