Jade Dagher

General Manager, North America

Jade is an accomplished life sciences executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at major organizations, including Merck and Roche.

At Roche, Jade served as General Manager for Canada and Cluster Head for Northwestern Europe & Canada (Roche Diabetes Care), where he led operations across 11 markets and managed a team of more than 200 employees. Known for his strategic vision and commercial expertise, Jade has a proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive success in market access, corporate strategy, sales, and marketing.

Jade is currently General Manager, Canada at Sygnature Discovery, where he leads the company’s expansion and operations across North America.

He holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MBA in Strategy and Finance, both from McGill University.
