Fragment screening represents an extremely efficient approach to identifying chemical starting points for a drug discovery programme through its coverage of a wide range of chemical space with a relatively small library of compounds.
Sygnature Discovery’s proprietary fragment library is routinely screened for chemical starting points to support these programmes using two powerful and complementary technological platforms: (1) Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) using the high throughput and sensitive Biacore 8K, and (2) Microscale thermophoresis (MST) using the automated Nanotemper Monolith instrument.
