In this poster, we present a case study on the E2 enzyme <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"741\">Cdc34<\/strong>, illustrating how our tools and expertise can reveal novel binding sites to support early-stage drug discovery.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1112\"><strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"897\">Our In Silico Approach to Druggability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1112\">For novel or challenging targets, cryptic binding sites\u2014transient or hidden pockets not visible in static crystal structures\u2014offer a promising route to therapeutic modulation.
