With the use of flow cytometry, we characterised the changes in the tumour microenvironment and revealed how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sygnaturediscovery.com\/drug-discovery\/in-vivo-pharmacology-and-in-vivo-testing\/oncology-models\/\">radiation and immunotherapy<\/a> can alter the balance of the infiltrated immune cells.<\/p>\n<p>Our work provides valuable insights into the mechanisms and outcomes of combining immunotherapy and radiotherapy for cancer treatment. It also offers a useful platform for testing new drugs and novel therapeutics that can potentially improve the efficacy and safety of this combination therapy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Explore our study on the synergy between immune checkpoint inhibitors and radiotherapy in treating colorectal cancer.
