Cimbi-36 is a potent and selective 5-HT<sub>2A<\/sub> agonist, commonly used in PET imaging studies. Sygnature Discovery has developed a radioligand binding assay using [<sup>3<\/sup>H]Cimbi-36 to label 5-HT<sub>2A<\/sub> receptors in the mouse frontal cortex. We have demonstrated that the affinity of some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sygnaturediscovery.com\/news-and-events\/blog\/psychedelics-a-new-frontier-for-mental-health-treatments\/\">psychedelic<\/a> 5-HT<sub>2A<\/sub> agonists differs when using an agonist or antagonist radioligand.
