This proprietary library comprises more than 900 compounds, a significant portion of which are not commercially accessible. The library&rsquo;s design was guided by the &lsquo;rule of 3&rsquo; and focused on achieving a broad range of structural diversity.<\/p>\n<p>To showcase the potential of this fragment-based drug discovery approach, Sygnature Discovery conducted a screening experiment using the library. The target selected for this study is the epigenetic protein Bromodomain-containing protein 3 (BRD3 or RING3L), an area of drug discovery with limited existing literature.
