{"id":3848,"date":"2015-04-20T09:14:15","date_gmt":"2015-04-20T09:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sygnaturediscovery.com\/poster\/design-library-process-deliver-40000-unique-lead-like-compounds\/"},"modified":"2025-12-12T11:34:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T11:34:35","slug":"design-library-process-deliver-40000-unique-lead-like-compounds","status":"publish","type":"poster","link":"https:\/\/www.sygnaturediscovery.com\/fr\/poster\/design-library-process-deliver-40000-unique-lead-like-compounds\/","title":{"rendered":"From Idea to Library: The Process to Deliver 40,000 Unique Lead-like Compounds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Abstract<\/p>\n<p>The ELF is a \u20ac200M project (supported by the Innovative\u00a0Medicines Initiative and European Federation of\u00a0Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA)) that\u00a0aims to promote drug discovery in Europe by producing a\u00a0new collection of 500,000 drug-like compounds for high throughput\u00a0screening (HTS) by the public sector in a variety\u00a0of therapeutic areas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300,000 compounds have been donated by EFPIA\u00a0partners.<\/li>\n<li>200,000 compounds are being designed, generated\u00a0and synthesised equally by Sygnature Discovery and\u00a0four other SMEs in collaboration with academia.<\/li>\n<li>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sygnaturediscovery.com\/publications\/posters\/enabling-success-in-lead-identification-development-of-a-hts-library-at-sygnature-discovery\/\">libraries<\/a> being synthesised will focus on: novelty,\u00a0shape (eg. sp3-rich cores), diversity potential and\u00a0innovative library design and will complement classical\u00a0compound collections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":2467,"template":"","category":[1],"class_list":["post-3848","poster","type-poster","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>The Process to Deliver 40,000 Unique Lead-like Compounds<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"From Idea to Library: The Process to Deliver 40,000 Unique Lead-like Compounds.
