He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Sherbrooke, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in organometallic chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephane began his career at OmegaChem (now Sygnature Discovery) in 2006 as a Senior Research Scientist and has since played a pivotal role in advancing projects for global pharmaceutical companies and innovative biotech startups. <br><br>Today, as Director of Chemistry at Sygnature Discovery\u2019s L\u00e9vis site, he leads multidisciplinary teams, drives innovation in synthetic processes, and oversees strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
