Mihiro brings over 25 years of experience in drug discovery, having worked across a diverse range of pharmaceutical organizations from biotech to large pharma in Europe and Japan.<\/p>\n

She has successfully led multiple medicinal chemistry programs, contributing to four clinical candidates, including one currently in Phase III development. More recently, Mihiro oversaw four programs that achieved candidate selection across various therapeutic areas. She is an inventor on more than 25 patents and has authored 11 peer-reviewed publications.<\/p>\n
