Il a travaill\u00e9 au sein d\u2019organismes de recherche sous contrat (CRO) soumis ou non \u00e0 une r\u00e9glementation, de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de biotechnologie et de grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques, o\u00f9 il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du profil DMPK de compos\u00e9s dans le cadre de programmes de d\u00e9couverte, depuis l\u2019identification des mol\u00e9cules prometteuses jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des candidats et la pr\u00e9diction de la dose humaine. <br\/><br\/>Stuart a \u00e9t\u00e9 le responsable DMPK pour le pirtobrutinib, un inhibiteur r\u00e9versible de la BTK, d\u00e9couvert chez Redx Oncology. Il promeut \u00e9galement l\u2019utilisation de la LC-MS en tant qu\u2019\u00ab outil de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes \u00bb au sein de Sygnature, apportant son soutien \u00e0 de nombreux autres d\u00e9partements.
