St\u00e9phane Trudeau est un responsable de R&D chevronn\u00e9, fort de plus de 20 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement pharmaceutiques, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la synth\u00e8se organique et le transfert de technologie. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en chimie organique et d’un certificat en administration des affaires de l’Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, et a effectu\u00e9 un stage postdoctoral en chimie organom\u00e9tallique \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Caroline du Nord \u00e0 Chapel Hill.<\/p>\n\n

St\u00e9phane a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez OmegaChem (aujourd\u2019hui Sygnature Discovery) en 2006 en tant que chercheur scientifique senior et a depuis jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l\u2019avancement de projets pour des laboratoires pharmaceutiques internationaux et des start-ups innovantes du secteur des biotechnologies. Aujourd\u2019hui, en tant que directeur de la chimie sur le site de L\u00e9vis de Sygnature Discovery, il dirige des \u00e9quipes pluridisciplinaires, stimule l\u2019innovation dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de synth\u00e8se et supervise les initiatives strat\u00e9giques visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9.
