Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at major organizations, including Merck and Roche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Roche, Jade served as General Manager for Canada and Cluster Head for Northwestern Europe &amp; Canada (Roche Diabetes Care), where he led operations across 11 markets and managed a team of more than 200 employees.
