James has supported start-ups, scale-ups, and high-growth organizations, as well as large multinational firms such as Barclays, Citigroup, and Sodexo. Before joining Sygnature, he served as the Chief Talent Officer for Wavemaker, a global media agency, part of WPP.<br>James holds a BSc in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University, a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
